The Dashboard is the first screen after you log in. In one place it shows how much your team trained in VR, how well it went and what needs your attention today — without opening any report.
Who sees the data
Organization Admins and Analysts see the statistics. Admins also see the latest completions, certificates and the quick actions. Developers and Translators start in the app manager instead. Other roles (for example Device Admin or User) see only the Need help? card with links to the guides.
Pick the statistics period
- 1The Dashboard opens right after you log in. Admins also find it at the top of the side menu.
- 2In the period switch at the top right, click 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. The numbers, the chart and the most launched training switch to that period.
Next to it, admins have two shortcuts: Pair a headset (opens the device list) and Add trainee (opens the trainee list). The line on the left tells you when a headset was last active.
Check what needs your attention
When something needs action, the Needs your attention box shows up under the header. Click a line to go straight to the right page.
You may see, for example:
- the data processing agreement has not been accepted yet,
- your plan is running out of completions or free headset slots,
- certificates that expire within 30 days (Admins only, when your plan includes certificates),
- headsets idle for over 30 days,
- people waiting to join the organization (Admins only).
When everything is in order, the box does not appear at all.
Read the key numbers
The six tiles sum up the chosen period:
- Training launches — how many times a course was started in the headsets, and how many of those were finished.
- Completion rate — the share of launches that were finished.
- Trainees trained — how many different trainees finished at least one course; sessions without a signed-in trainee are shown as Guest sessions.
- Average score — calculated from finished attempts only.
- Time in VR — the total time spent in the headsets across the whole organization.
- Headsets in use — how many headsets were used, out of all paired ones.
See the activity and your subscription
Daily activity shows launches and completions day by day. Next to it, Your subscription shows your plan, its end date and how many devices and languages you use out of the plan limit. Subscription contents opens the full details.
A new organization with no paired headset and no completion sees a Start here checklist here instead: add the logo, accept the data processing agreement, pair the first headset, add the first trainee, invite a colleague and run the first training.
Look at courses and the latest completions
Most launched training lists the courses your team started most often in the period, with the average score. Latest completions (Admins) shows the last eight completions with the score and a badge when a certificate was issued. Click a row to open the completion details, or See all to go to the full list.
Lower on the page you'll find the VR headsets card (paired, online now, used in the period, idle for 30+ days) and — if your plan includes certificates — the Certificates card with the ones that will soon lose validity.
On your phone
The dashboard works on a phone too — the statistic tiles show two per row, and the cards stack one under another.
FAQ
Why do I see only the "Need help?" card?
The statistics are visible to the Admin and Analyst roles. If you need them, ask an organization Admin to give you one of those roles.
What counts as a completion?
A launch counts as finished when the course reached 100% progress. A course that was started in the period but not finished counts as a launch only. You'll find every single attempt in Completions and export.
Do the numbers include guests?
Yes. Guest sessions count towards launches and time in VR. Trainees trained counts only signed-in trainees and shows the number of guest sessions below.
