Your logo makes Skillsive look like your own tool: it appears in the VR apps that trainees use with your organization's account and on the PDF training reports. You upload two versions — a square one and a wide cover logo.
Before you start
You need the Admin role and your logo as an image file. PNG or JPG works best, up to 5 MB and at most 4000 × 4000 px. A PNG on a transparent background looks the cleanest.
Open the Logos card
- 1In the side menu open Organization settings → Organization profile.
- 2The Logos card at the top shows both logos: Upload logo (1:1) on the left and Upload cover logo (36:9) on the right. An empty place means no logo was uploaded yet.
Upload or replace the logos
- 1On the Logos card click Edit. Both places turn into upload areas.
- 2Drop a file on Upload logo (1:1), or click the area and pick a file — use a square version of your logo, such as the logo mark alone.
- 3Do the same for Upload cover logo (36:9) — use a wide version with the company name next to the mark.
- 4To remove a logo, use the remove button on its preview.
- 5Click Save. To leave without changes, click Back.
Where the logos appear
- VR apps — trainees see your logo in the apps signed in to your organization.
- PDF training reports — the report header uses the cover logo. Without it, the square logo is used.
FAQ
Do I need both logos?
No. The PDF reports use the cover logo, or the square one when there is no cover logo. The VR apps receive both, so uploading both gives the best result.
My logo doesn't show on the PDF report.
Check the file: it must be PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB and at most 4000 × 4000 px. Upload a smaller version and generate the report again.
Can I use an SVG?
The upload area accepts SVG, but for PDF reports use PNG or JPG — they always render correctly there.
