- How long does the free VR training trial last?
- 7 days from the moment you register your organization in the Skillsive panel. The clock starts immediately, so it is best to register when you are actually ready to test.
- Do I need to provide a credit card?
- No. Registration requires no payment details and nothing renews automatically. After 7 days you simply cannot start further training sessions.
- How many training sessions can I complete on the free plan?
- 15 training completions in total across the whole trial. One completion is one person finishing one session — you can spread them across several employees or test several different scenarios.
- I did not manage to finish testing. Can I extend the free trial?
- Yes. Just message us before or after the trial ends — we extend the access and top up the completions if needed. There is no need to register again.
- A decision maker is visiting us in a few days but my free trial is about to end. Can it be moved?
- Yes, and we do it routinely. Tell us the date of the demo and we will set the trial to cover it. We can also join the presentation remotely and help you run it.
- We are testing across several sites and one headset is not enough. What then?
- The free plan covers 1 VR device. For multi-site evaluations we set up an extended trial with more devices — again, one message is all it takes.
- Which VR headsets are supported?
- The EHS Academy training app runs on standalone Meta Quest headsets — Quest 3, Quest 3S, Quest 2 and Quest Pro. No PC and no cables required. Have a different model? Contact us and we will check what is possible.
- Why do you ask for a Meta account e-mail during registration?
- The training app is tied to the Meta account your headset runs on — that is how you install it without sideloading files or developer mode. We use that address for nothing else.
- We don't have VR headsets. Can I still test the training?
- Yes. We ship you our headsets with the software already installed — you test them on site for an agreed period and send the hardware back afterwards. We cover shipping both ways. We ship within Poland and the European Union; outside the EU, contact us and we will work out the details.
- How much does borrowing the headsets for the trial cost?
- Nothing. We send the headsets for the trial free of charge and cover shipping both ways — no deposit and no return fee. Only training events for larger teams are a paid service, quoted individually.
- Is the free trial a cut-down version of the app?
- No. These are full production training scenarios — the same content, the same panel and the same reports our customers use. The difference is not the content but the purpose and the limits: the trial is for evaluating the platform rather than for delivering mandatory training, and it caps duration, completions, devices and languages.
- Can I train my employees during the free trial?
- Not as mandatory training. The trial period is strictly for evaluating the platform: you can go through a session yourself and show it to your team, but you may not use it to satisfy obligatory employee training — health and safety, fire safety or anything required by labour law. Clause 5 of our Terms of Service states this explicitly; delivering such training requires a paid subscription.
- Does the free training work offline?
- No — during the trial the headset needs an internet connection. Offline mode, meaning a set number of days without a network, is available on the paid plans.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- Your account, organization, results and certificates stay — nothing is deleted. Only starting further sessions on the headset is blocked. Once you pick a plan, everything is right where you left it.
- Can I register a second time to get another {{days}} days?
- The system will not allow a second organization for the same company or the same e-mail address. There is no need for it either — extending the trial takes one message to us.
- Do I have to buy anything after the free trial?
- No. The trial is free and carries no obligation to purchase. If you decide to continue, you pick a plan that fits your team; if not, nothing happens.
