Our story
Skillsive did not appear overnight. It grew out of years of building VR training hand-in-hand with our clients — every milestone below shaped the platform you see today.
2017
First VR training apps
We released our first VR training applications on Samsung Gear VR, proving that virtual reality can teach workplace safety far more effectively than slides and videos.
2019
Company founded
BHP VR Sp. z o.o. (EHS VR) was officially founded and welcomed its first major client, turning a passion project into a dedicated VR training company.
2020
Fully interactive 3D simulations
We moved from 360-degree video to fully interactive 3D simulations with six degrees of freedom on Meta Quest, letting trainees move, grab and act inside realistic scenarios.
2020
Skillsive platform launch
We launched Skillsive — a flexible, scalable VR LMS ecosystem for distributing training, managing devices and tracking learner progress from one place.
2022
100+ client organizations
More than 100 organizations worldwide were training their teams with our VR applications, from small businesses to international enterprises.

EHS Academy release
We released EHS Academy, our flagship application that brings every course together in one place — the most complete VR safety training experience we have ever built.

The team behind the platform
Skillsive is built by a multidisciplinary team of VR developers, certified safety trainers and designers. This mix matters: engineers make the technology reliable, trainers make every scenario true to real workplace hazards, and designers make the experience intuitive for people who have never worn a headset before.
We work hand-in-hand with our clients. Many of the platform's features — offline mode, multi-language courses, detailed completion reports — exist because a client needed them. That collaboration is how Skillsive keeps improving, release after release.
