The organization profile holds your company's basic details: name, contact email, the Meta account used on your headsets, country, languages and currency. Keep them current — the company name appears in reports and certificates, and we use the contact email to reach you.
Who can edit
Available to organization Admins.
Open the organization profile
- 1In the side menu open Organization settings → Organization profile.
- 2The page has three cards: Logos, Information and Invoice details. Each card is read-only until you click its Edit button.
Change the information
- 1On the Information card click Edit. The values turn into fields.
- 2Update what you need:
- Company name — the name of your organization,
- Contact email — the address we use to contact your organization,
- Meta (Oculus) account email — the email of the Meta account your headsets are signed in to,
- Phone number,
- Country,
- Default language and Enabled languages — see Organization languages,
- Currency — the currency your organization settles in.
- 3Click Save. To leave without changes, click Back.
Use official details
The company name appears on reports and certificates. Write it the way it appears in your company documents.
Change the invoice details
The Invoice details card is separate from the information above, because the company on the invoice can differ from the name you use day to day.
- 1On the Invoice details card click Edit.
- 2Fill in Company name, Tax number, Address, City, Postal code and Country.
- 3Click Save.

FAQ
I don't see the Edit button.
Only organization Admins can change the profile. Ask an Admin of your organization to do it or to give you the role.
Save doesn't work.
Check the messages under the fields. Required are the company name, a valid contact email, the country, the default language and the currency. English must stay among the enabled languages, and the default language must be one of them.
Is the Meta account email required?
No, you can leave it empty. The contact email is required.
