Something not working, or an idea that would make your work easier? Report it straight from the panel. The report reaches the Skillsive team, it is recorded, and you can follow what happens to it.

Where to find it
The report icon sits in the panel header, next to the life buoy that opens the help centre and the notification bell. It is on every panel page, so you can report a problem exactly where you see it — the page address is saved with the report automatically.
What to fill in
- 1Choose whether you are reporting a bug or an improvement idea.
- 2Say what it concerns: the panel, a VR application, a specific course or lesson, the headsets, certificates, or your account and billing.
- 3For a VR application, course or lesson, pick the specific application from the list. You can narrow it down to the course and lesson if you know which ones are affected, but you do not have to.
- 4Write a title and a description. For a bug, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- 5Mark how much it gets in your way, and for a bug also how often it happens.
- 6Add screenshots (up to three) or a screen recording (one MP4, WebM or MOV file up to 100 MB) if they help.
Your organization can send 1 report per 24 hours, or 5 with an active subscription. The form shows how many are left today.
One sentence that saves a round of questions
"I clicked X, I expected Y, I saw Z" tells us more than "it does not work". It means we do not have to ask, and can reproduce the problem right away.
Mind personal data
Avoid screenshots showing learner data — names, surnames, employee numbers — unless they are needed to reproduce the problem.
What happens next
The Skillsive team sees the report immediately. You will find your own reports under My reports together with their current status, and we notify you in the bell whenever that status changes.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | The report reached us, nobody has looked at it yet. |
| In review | We are working out what exactly the problem is. |
| Planned | We know what to do and it is on our list. |
| Done | The change is ready. |
| Rejected | We will not change this — usually because it works as intended. |
When not to use the form
The report form is for things that should be recorded and answered in the normal course of work. It is not an emergency channel.
If the matter is urgent — a training session has stopped, the headsets fail on the day of the class, or the problem concerns billing or data — write to [email protected] or book an online meeting. You will also find the contact details in the help centre under Contact us.
