Create a Skillsive account

Sign up step by step — fill in the registration form, activate the account from your email and log in.

Before you run VR trainings, you need an account. Signing up is free, and you can test all the applications for 7 days from creating your organization. Need more time? Contact us and we will extend the trial. Signing up takes two minutes.

What you need

An email address you can open right now — the activation link goes there. We recommend your work address. Usually the person who will administer the organization creates the account first.

Fill in the registration form

  1. 1Open the registration page, or on the log-in page click Create a new account.
  2. 2Fill in First name, Last name, Email and, optionally, Phone number.
  3. 3Set a Password (at least 12 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, a digit and a special character) and repeat it in Confirm password.
  4. 4Pick your Country and Language.
  5. 5Optionally tick the newsletter box — it is not required to create an account.
  6. 6Click Create account. By creating the account you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy linked under the button.

Activate the account from your email

  1. 1Open your inbox and find the message from Skillsive.
  2. 2Click the activation link. Your account is active.
  3. 3No message? Check the spam folder.

Didn't get the link? Send it again

  1. 1Open the Resend activation email page. You also get there when you try to log in to an account that isn't activated yet — Skillsive then shows a message with a Resend activation email link.
  2. 2Enter your email address.
  3. 3Click Resend activation email. A new link arrives in your inbox.

Log in

After activation go to Log in and enter your email and password. The next step is creating your organization — or joining the one your company already has.

FAQ

I got an invitation from a colleague. Do I register the same way?

Use the link from the invitation email. The registration form then shows the organization name, and your email is filled in and locked. After registration your account is linked to that organization.

The activation link doesn't work.

It may have expired. Send a new one from the Resend activation email page and use the newest message.

Do I have to subscribe to the newsletter?

No. The box is unticked by default and has no effect on your account.
