Email-link login lets you enter Skillsive without typing your password. It is useful when you do not have the password nearby or want to sign in quickly on a trusted device.
Send the login link
- 1Open Log in.
- 2Click Log in with an email link.
- 3Enter the email address of your Skillsive account.
- 4Click Send login link.
- 5Open your inbox and click the link from Skillsive.
The link is single-use and valid for 10 minutes. After it is used, it will not work again.
The neutral message is intentional
After submitting the form, Skillsive does not publicly confirm whether an account exists. If the account is assigned to that address, the email is sent.
The link expired or does not work
Request a new link:
- 1Return to Email-link login.
- 2Enter the email address again.
- 3Click the newest link in your inbox.
Do not use several links at once. If you request a new link, use the latest email.
If you use 2FA
The email link does not bypass two-factor authentication. After clicking the link, you still enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app if 2FA is enabled on your account or required by the organization.
When to use password login instead
Use standard password login when:
- you do not have access to your email inbox,
- you want to sign in faster on your own computer with a password manager,
- your administrator requires the standard procedure on a given workstation.
