MFA, or two-factor authentication, protects your account with an additional code from an authenticator app. After enabling it, signing in requires your password and a 6-digit code.

- 4Scan the QR code or enter the key manually.
- 5Type the 6-digit code from the app in Skillsive.

Recovery codes
Recovery codes let you sign in if you lose access to your authenticator app. Each code works only once.
Save the codes immediately
Recovery codes are shown only during setup or regeneration. Keep them somewhere safe.
Signing in after enabling MFA
After entering your password, Skillsive asks for the code from your authenticator app. If you cannot access the app, use a recovery code.
Disabling MFA
You can disable MFA on the same account security page. Disabling requires a current code from your authenticator app.
If an organization requires MFA, disabling it can limit access to that organization's data.
