If you forgot your password, set a new one through a link sent by email. You do not need the old password.
Send the reset link
- 1Open Log in.
- 2Click Forgot password?.
- 3Enter the email address of your Skillsive account.
- 4Submit the form. If the account exists, we will send an email with a link to set a new password.
We do not reveal whether an account exists
For security reasons, the message after submitting the form is neutral. Check the inbox for the email address you use to log in.
Set a new password
- 1Open the email from Skillsive.
- 2Click the link to set a new password.
- 3Enter the new password and confirm it.
- 4Click Set new password.
- 5Return to Log in and use the new password.
The password must be at least 8 characters long. A longer password is safer, especially when it is built from several words.
The email did not arrive
Check:
- spam or promotions folders,
- whether the email address is the same one you use in Skillsive,
- whether your company mailbox blocks automated messages.
If the link expired or was already used, return to Forgot password? and send a new one.
You use 2FA
Password reset does not disable two-factor authentication. After setting a new password, you may still be asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or for a recovery code.
Passwordless alternative
If you want to enter the panel once without typing a password, use email-link login.
