- 1Open the Log in page.
- 2Click Forgot password? under the password field.
- 1On the Reset password page, enter the email address you use to log in to Skillsive.
- 2Submit the form. If the page shows a reCAPTCHA check, complete it first.
We don't reveal whether an account exists
For security reasons the confirmation is the same whether or not the address has an account. If it has one, the email is on its way.
Set a new password
- 1Open the email from Skillsive and click the link.
- 2Enter the New password and repeat it in Confirm password.
- 3Click Set new password, then log in with the new password.
Your new password must be 12 to 72 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a special character. It cannot contain the part of your email address before the @, be one of your recent passwords or one that appeared in a known data breach.
Easy to remember, hard to guess
Join a few unrelated words with digits and a symbol, for example Forklift-Lemon7-Harbor!.
You use 2FA
A password reset does not turn off two-factor authentication. After setting the new password you still enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or a recovery code.
FAQ
The email didn't arrive.
Check the spam and promotions folders, and make sure you typed the address you log in with. Company mailboxes sometimes hold automated messages — ask your IT team. Then request a new link.
The link says it has expired or was already used.
Go back to Forgot password? and request a new link. Always use the newest email.
I just want to get in once, without choosing a new password.
