Forgot to log out on a shared computer, or lost a phone? The Active sessions page shows every place where your account is logged in and lets you end any of those sessions yourself.
Who can do this
Every panel account, whatever its roles. Open Account → Active sessions — or click your initials in the top-right corner and choose Sessions.
Check where you are logged in
- 1Open Account → Active sessions.
- 2Under Browser sessions you see each browser logged in to your account: the operating system, the browser, the IP address, the country, when it logged in and when it was last used.
- 3The session marked Current is the one you are using right now.
If you paired VR headsets with your account, they appear in a second section, XR application sessions. The section is hidden when there are none.
Log out one session
Click Log out next to a session you do not recognize or no longer use. That browser is logged out right away; you stay logged in here.
Log out everywhere
- Log out all browsers (in the Browser sessions card, shown when other browsers are logged in) logs out every browser, including this one. Headsets are not affected.
- Log out all sessions (at the top of the page, shown when there are at least two sessions) logs out every browser and every headset, including this session.
In both cases you confirm in a window first and then land on the login page.
Headsets stop working until paired again
Log out all sessions also logs out the headsets you paired. Trainees cannot start a training on them until someone pairs them again. If you only want to secure your browsers, use Log out all browsers.
FAQ
I see a session I don't recognize. What should I do?
Click Log out next to it, then change your password in Account → Security and turn on two-factor authentication.
Why does the location say "Unknown"?
The country is estimated from the IP address. For local or company networks it cannot always be determined.
Does logging out a session delete any data?
No. It only ends the login. Trainings, results and settings stay as they are.
