What you can check
In the registry, you can see:
- certificate number,
- recipient,
- issue date,
- validity status,
- digital signing status,
- whether the required trainee signature has been added,
- download, verification, and administration actions.
Download and verification
From the registry, you can download the certificate PDF or open document verification. The QR code placed on the certificate opens the verification page for the same document.

Trainee signature from the registry
If the certificate requires a trainee signature and it was not added during issuing, use the add signature action in the registry.
After saving the trainee signature, Skillsive can finalize the certificate digitally.
Voiding
Void a certificate when the document should no longer be used, for example because it was issued with incorrect data. Enter a void reason so the history is clear for administrators.
Voided certificates can be deleted if the organization chooses to clean up the registry this way.
Bulk actions
When multiple certificates are selected, you can run bulk actions, for example:
- download PDFs as a ZIP package,
- void selected certificates with one shared reason,
- delete selected voided certificates.
