An instructor signature is a separate reusable entity. You can use the same signature, stamp, and trainer details in multiple certificate assignments.

Create the signature
- 1Open Organization → Certificates.
- 2Go to the signatures section.
- 3Add a new instructor signature.
- 4Enter the signer full name.
- 5Optionally fill in title, credentials, trainer license number, and trainer details.
- 6Upload a signature image or draw the signature in the form.
- 7Add a stamp if it should appear on certificates.
- 8Save the signature as active.
When the signature appears on the PDF
The instructor signature does not appear on certificates automatically. Two conditions must be met:
- the certificate template contains a field for instructor signature, stamp, or trainer details,
- the certificate assignment uses this signature.
Active status
Do not use inactive signatures for new assignments. Use this when the trainer no longer delivers training or when you want to keep an old signature only for history.
Good practice
Name signatures clearly so administrators immediately know which trainer they belong to. If several people sign certificates, create a separate entity for each person.
