Frequently asked questions

Does VR training replace mandatory safety training?
Skillsive does not change safety training regulations. VR is the hands-on part of training, and the panel documents who completed it and how they scored. The employer decides the training format under the applicable rules.
Do results from headsets without internet end up in the records?
Yes. Headsets store results offline for up to 30 days, or 90 on Professional, and sync them automatically once they reconnect.
How does an inspector or client check a certificate?
They scan the QR code on the certificate or upload the PDF on the public verification page. No account is needed.
Which training is available straight away?
The EHS Academy library includes scenarios such as fire and evacuation, first aid, working at height, forklift safety and lockout/tagout. The scope depends on your plan.
