Frequently asked questions

Do employees need accounts and email addresses?
No. A trainee is a record in your organization, and a nickname is enough to create one. In the headset they pick their name from a list or enter a six-digit code.
How do I add a whole department at once?
Import the list from a CSV file. You can export it back to CSV or XLSX for HR systems and audits.
Is the training available in the employee's language?
Course content comes in language versions with professional voice-over, and the panel works in English, Polish, German and French.
Can I build my own course from existing lessons?
Yes. The course builder lets you pick lessons from one VR app, set their order and mark the ones required for the certificate.
