- Can I issue certificates under my own brand?
- Yes. You upload your own PDF template, place the fields visually, and every certificate carries your design, a digital signature and a QR code.
- How do I work with several clients?
- Each client can have its own organization with trainees and certificates, and you switch between the organizations you belong to in the panel.
- Do I need IT staff to set up headsets?
- No. You pair a headset by entering the code it displays, and set guest mode, the tutorial and sign-in from the browser.
- Can I run training at a client's site without internet?
- Yes. Headsets run assigned courses offline for up to 30 days, or 90 on Professional, and sync results once they reconnect.
