Multi-language Support
Train international teams in the language they actually understand. The Skillsive panel runs in English, Polish and German, VR course content ships in multiple language versions with professional dubbing, and documents are generated in the language you pick.
There are two separate language layers in Skillsive. The panel language is the interface you personally work in — switch it in the header and nothing else changes. The organization's content languages decide what a trainee sees after putting on the headset.
You choose which languages your organization uses and which one is the default; the headsets offer exactly those, starting with the default. Each trainee also carries their own language and country, and reports and certificates can be generated in whichever language the document needs to be in.

How it works
Step 1: Pick your panel language
The language switcher in the header changes your own view of the panel — English, Polish or German. It affects nobody else and never changes what trainees see.
Step 2: Set the organization's content languages
In the organization profile you select the languages available for training and mark the default one, used when a trainee does not choose.
Step 3: Trainees choose in the headset
The headset offers exactly the languages you enabled. The default starts first; if you enabled more, the trainee picks their own before the training begins.
Step 4: Documents follow the same rule
When you generate a training report or issue a certificate, you select the language of the document — so an inspector in one country and an employee from another each get a readable copy.
What you get in the panel
Panel in three languages
The whole web panel is localized in English, Polish and German — every user works in their own, without a shared compromise language.
Content languages per organization
Choose which languages the headsets offer and which is the default. One change in the profile is reflected on every paired headset.
Professional dubbing
EHS Academy courses ship with recorded voice-overs rather than machine speech, so instructions stay clear in a noisy hall and under a headset.
Language per trainee
Every trainee record carries a language and a country, so completion records and reports show the conditions the training was actually taken in.
Documents in the language you need
Certificates and training reports are generated in the language you select, independently of your own panel language.
Language scope tied to your plan
Plans include a set number of content languages — typically two or three — and further languages can be unlocked as an add-on when you enter a new market.

Frequently asked questions
- Which languages does the platform support?
- The web panel is available in English, Polish and German. Training content is delivered in the languages your organization enables — the exact list depends on the VR application, and each course page in the catalogue states its available languages.
- How does a trainee change the training language?
- The headset offers the languages set on the organization, starting with the default one. The trainee picks theirs before the training begins — no administrator involvement is needed.
- What is the difference between the panel language and the organization languages?
- The panel language only changes your own view of the interface. The organization's content languages decide what trainees see in the headset and are set in the organization profile.
- Are the dubbings machine-generated?
- EHS Academy courses use professional voice dubbing so instructions are clear even in noisy training contexts. Custom courses can include your own recorded language versions.
- In what language is a certificate issued?
- In the language you select when generating the document — independently of the language your own panel is set to.
- How many languages does a plan include?
- Plans typically include two or three content languages. If you need more — for example when opening a plant in a new country — additional languages can be added to any plan.
