RayNeo Air 2s — specification and verdict
The Air 2s sat in the middle of RayNeo's range and its own case rests on two things the spec sheet buries. It has four speakers in a push-push arrangement where the Air 2 has two, and its eye box is 11.2 by 6.5 millimetres against the Air 2's 10 by 6.5 - a small number that decides how much the picture shifts when the glasses move on your nose. Brightness to the eye is 600 nits from a 5000-nit panel with ten levels of control, and the whole thing weighs 78 grams. Everything else is the category norm: USB-C in, DisplayPort over that cable, no camera, no tracking, and a screen anchored in front of you rather than in the room.
Straightforward and short. It launched around 400 dollars and RayNeo's own store now shows 159 with the model out of stock, which puts it at the end of its life rather than in the middle. There is no device management, no kiosk mode and no enterprise tier - this is a consumer accessory. Prescription lenses are not included and not made by RayNeo; the box holds a sample frame and buyers order lenses separately. Certification is real and worth noting for anyone with an occupational-health reviewer: TUV Rheinland for low blue light, flicker-free and eye comfort, plus an EU declaration under Directive 2014/30.
Do not buy it for our courses - it is a screen on a cable, with no positional tracking and no way to run an Android VR build. As a personal display it was good value and is now clearance stock at RayNeo's own store, which means support and spares are finite. If the appeal is a big private screen from a phone or a handheld, the Air 3s and Air 3s Pro are the current models and are brighter; if the appeal is the four-speaker audio, this is the one in the family that has it.

Who this device is for
One person wanting a large private screen from a phone, a laptop or a handheld console, who cares about on-glasses audio more than about maximum brightness. Not for training: no tracking, no hands, nothing to run a scenario on.
What is missing, and what the manufacturer does not publish
No field of view and no per-eye resolution are recorded here, and the reason is worth reading before you find those numbers elsewhere. The 46-degree and 201-inch badge on this product page is byte-identical to the Air 3s and Air 3s Pro pages, and RayNeo's own ID-keyed comparison payload contradicts it: the 3s pair carry 47 degrees and the 46 belongs to the Air 2. The Air 2s has no row in that payload at all. The same applies to the 76-gram weight in the shared page grid, which is repeated for all four models - so we carry the 78 grams from RayNeo's earliest archived page for this specific model instead. Release date, chipset, battery and connectivity are simply unpublished.

- Because RayNeo publishes a figure we can prove is not the Air 2s's. The 46-degree badge on its product page is byte-identical to the badge on the Air 3s and Air 3s Pro pages, and RayNeo's own comparison data, which is keyed by model ID, gives 47 degrees to the 3s pair and 46 to the Air 2. The Air 2s has no row in that data. Rather than print a number that belongs to a sibling, we leave the cell empty and tell you why.

- Two things RayNeo documents in a genuine two-column table of its own: four speakers instead of two, in a push-push arrangement, and a larger eye box at 11.2 by 6.5 millimetres against 10 by 6.5. The eye box is the one worth caring about - it is how much room your pupil has before the image starts to dim at the edges, which in practice decides how often you push the glasses back up your nose. Display distortion is also lower, at 1.0 percent against 1.2.
