Our verdict
If the course is built around guided actions and physical practice, buy Quest 3S and put the difference into more devices or more content. If trainees have to read, inspect detail, or work in mixed reality with the room visible, buy Quest 3. Both are officially sold in Poland, and both need third-party fleet management now that Meta no longer sells its own — so that cost is the same either way.
