The data processing agreement covers trainee data stored by Skillsive on behalf of the organization. It is required before the organization enters data that can identify specific people.

When the agreement appears
If the organization has not accepted the agreement yet, the add trainee form shows only basic fields such as nickname, employee ID, position, language, and country.
After acceptance, identifying data becomes available, including first name, last name, email, phone, sex, and address.
Accept the agreement
- 1Open Organization → Trainees.
- 2Expand the add trainee form.
- 3Click Open agreement to read the document.
- 4If the organization accepts the terms, click Accept agreement.
- 5Return to the trainee form and fill in the full data.
Why it matters
Skillsive can store trainee data, but the organization decides which data it enters and what legal basis it has for processing it. The agreement describes how that data is entrusted to the platform.
If the agreement is not accepted
You can still add a trainee with non-identifying data, for example a nickname. Full personal data needed for detailed reports or certificates will not be available.
Personal data in exports
CSV export can contain trainee personal data. Handle exported files according to the organization's data protection policy.
