PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise for corporate training

Built for fleets from the start — the management console comes in the box.

All headsets

PICO lists 2,160 x 2,160 pixels per eye behind pancake optics, a 105-degree field of view, a 90 Hz refresh rate and colour passthrough from a pair of 32 MP see-through cameras. Tracking is inside-out with four environment cameras plus a depth sensor, and PICO publishes an interpupillary range of 58 to 72 mm without naming the adjustment mechanism. PICO publishes no weight for the Enterprise SKU, so the ≈580 g shown here is its consumer PICO 4 Ultra figure, marked as unofficial. On paper it sits between Quest 3 and VIVE Focus Vision; in practice it is not the panel that sets it apart.

This is the model's real argument. The Enterprise variant ships with the PICO Business Suite and the PICO Business Device Manager, so enrolling devices, pushing a training app from a business store, locking a headset to it and changing settings across a whole fleet are first-party features rather than something you bolt on. Microsoft Intune is supported as well. The face cushion detaches for cleaning between users. It is sold through PICO's business channel rather than a consumer store, which is slower to order but comes with commercial terms.

Pick the PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise when your IT department wants central control from the vendor rather than from a third-party subscription — and especially when the fleet is large enough that manual device-by-device setup is already painful. It is the most straightforward answer to the gap Meta left behind in February 2026.

Performance

Very good

Our own five-point assessment, based on the processor generation and memory and on how our own courses actually run on the device — not a benchmark score. There is no public benchmark that compares Snapdragon XR2 with Apple silicon, so a number here would be invented. We re-grade the scale as new hardware arrives, which means older models move down over time.
