When a headset refuses to pair with the panel, one of a few simple settings is usually to blame. Work through the list top to bottom — each step takes a moment.
Check first
Charge the headset above 30%, make sure it is on the same Wi-Fi network as the panel, and that you have the latest Skillsive app.
- 1Unplug and reconnect the USB-C cable — the debugging prompt only appears while the headset is worn.
- 2Restart the headset and try the pairing-code method.
- 3Check that the headset is not already assigned to another organization.
Status stuck on "Pairing"
Unplug the headset for a minute, then try again. If that does not help, use the pairing code instead of the cable.
